Many times, we think of "ministry" as the church building and the weekly services and programs - which is a big part of the ministry we do.

But there are so many other people that don't come our way each week. People that YOU interact with and minister to in your neighborhoods, in your workplaces and in the community. ALL of this, whether at Crossroads or elsewhere, is ministry! It is simply engaging in relationships with the intention of connecting people's lives with the love of Jesus Christ.

We want to make it easy for you to find a place to make a difference in the lives of other people. No matter what your particular skills, experience or availability - there's somewhere or someone that you can minister to.

Children's Ministry (birth - 5th grade) | includes: teachers, assistants, audio/visual, worship, welcome

Setup / Tear Down | includes: truck drivers to haul trailers on Sunday AM

Worship | includes: musicians, audio / visual / lighting technicians

Hosts | includes: greeters, ushers

Admin | includes: mailing, special events

Special Events | Help put together special events for Crossroads.

Prayer Team | Opportunities on Sunday morning and throughout the week

Group Life | includes: leaders, hosts, child care

River Oaks Elementary | includes: mentoring students, teacher appreciation
